Details and Participation Rules:

What: Free Halloween-themed photography session and competition
When: Monday, October 31, 2022, 4pm-8pm
Where: In the spooky garage of 5697 Ava Ct. Liberty Township
Who: Kids and adults (kids at heart) who love dressing up for Halloween
How:

Minors must have the consent of a parent/guardian before being photographed. Consent / model release is detailed in the Terms section.
Preregistration with confirmation of agreement with the terms can be completed on this webpage. Registration will be available and required at location. Filled in Consent/ Model Release will be received by email immediately after registration.
Photos will be posted on 24digi website Halloween Gallery unless explicitly prohibited by the consenting party.
One photo per participant (individual or group) will be posted on 24DIGI facebook page (https://facebook.com.24digiservices) on November 1, 2022. Voting will commence upon upload and will end on November 4, 2022 8pm EST. Top 3 photos that will receive the most number of likes will be declared winners and will receive their photo printed on premium paper and framed as their prize.
Participating in the photoshoot and contest is not a commitment to purchase 24digi products and services. However, 24digi will offer printed photos and high definition digital file options for purchase at discounted price.
The image and data taken will be processed in accordance with US intellectual property rights, as described in Digital License Terms.

CONSENT / MODEL RELEASE FORM:

I hereby give permission to take photographs of me / my child by the 24DIGI photographers.
I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs to the above-mentioned photographer together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part in accordance with the US intellectual property rights laws.
I grant to the photographer or licensees or assignee the right to use and publish video and/or photographs on 24DIGI website Halloween Gallery (https://24digi.com/halloween-gallery-2022/) and on 24DIGI facebook page (https://facebook.com.24digiservices).
I undertake not to prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against the Photographer in respect of the usage of the above mentioned photographs as long as the usage is not contrary to US laws or good morals.
I hereby release the photographer named above from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken with my permission.
I understand that this agreement is not a commitment to purchase any product or services from 24DIGI.
I acknowledge that the photo contest is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the contest.

You can preregister if you want – it will give us an idea about expected attendance.

Do I HAVE to preregister?

YES if you have minor children who want to participate and you can not attend the photoshoot with them. Print the preregistration confirmation and have the minor children present it to the creepy photographers.
NO if you are over 18 years old and you want to participate
NO if you are a parent or legal guardian accompanying minor children during photo shoot, however you can preregister if you feel like.

Questions and Answers :

Question from J: I live in a neighborhood which is not listed above but I trick or treat with family friends in Hawthorne Hills. Can I participate?

Answer: Sure you can, J! This year we do not limit the neighborhoods because we would like to get a pulse on the participation. If you are a minor do not forget to ask your mom or dad to preregister and bring a printed copy of the registration with you!

Question from M: Do I really need a costume or can I just show up for a normal photoshoot?

Answer: This event is only for the Halloween Photo Contest so unfortunately you can not show up for a normal photoshoot.
